Diocese of Raleigh Eucharistic Congress Youth Track

The Diocese of Raleigh Eucharistic Congress opens a year of diocesan-wide celebrations marking the upcoming 100th anniversary of the diocese in 2024. This day-long event will be held at the Raleigh Convention Center and feature Mass, adoration, and speakers for adults and youth.

REGISTRATION 

Participants in grades 6-12 must pre-register for the event through their parish. Fillout the registration form on our parish website and we will take care of it from there. Groups will have 3-7 students. If you'd like to be in a group with your friends, you and your friends should indicate that on the registration form and we will do our best to accommodate your requests.

CHAPERONES 

In order to make this happen, we need one chaperone for every seven students. All chaperones must have completed level C Safe Environment Training.  If you would like to chaperone your own children and their friends, we can easily accommodate that in the creation of the groups. If you would like to chaperone, please contact Austin Faur at afaur@ourladyoflourdescc.org

SCHEDULE

8:30: Arrive

9:30 - 10:30: Eucharistic Procession and Holy Hour (Exhibit Hall B)

11:00 - 12:00: Keynotes:

• Youth: Exhibit Hall B

12:00 - 1:30: Lunch (Exhibit Hall A)

Lunch will be available for purchase in Exhibit Hall A. Due to the expected number of participants in the congress, adults are also encouraged to go out of the Convention Center. Youth leaders from each parish will determine the lunch plans for their parish. Please note that it is not permitted to bring food and drink into the Convention Center.

1:30 - 4:40 Youth Track Sessions (Ballroom A/B) 

5:00 - 6:30 Mass (Exhibit Hall B)
